Hanif is Chief of Staff at Reku, where he leads the AI workflow transformation across every department, shipping campaigns, rebuilding finance workflows, and building internal tools that solve problems previously out of reach. He spent four years at IBM as a Technology Consultant in enterprise process automation before joining Reku in 2023. He co-founded Elevate AI in 2026 to put the implementation playbook into operators' hands.
Rafi began his career as an Investment Analyst at Principia Management Group and Quvat Capital Partners (2020–2025), rising to lead firmwide deal origination and special situations across multiple sectors. He went on to serve as Chief of Staff at Consilience Policy Institute (Singapore), then as Managing Director of Nexticorn Foundation (2023–2025), where he led initiatives connecting 300+ startups with global investors and government stakeholders. He founded Mooners in 2024, an on-chain trading collective handling annual trading volume of more than US$30 million.
Ilyasa was VP at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, one of Indonesia's largest retail groups, and ran portfolio operations at MPC Multipolar, Lippo Group's investment holding. He continues to operate across hospitality and fitness, including OBA Resort in Kepulauan Seribu and Resolute. He brings commercial, brand, and operational depth to Elevate's go-to-market and partnership strategy.
Januar founded Jarasta Enterprise, eight outlets including flagship High Table Jakarta (named among Exquisite Awards' Best Restaurants and Bars). He expanded into Cemara Management on the talent side and Montana Mobilindo on automotive, bringing serial-entrepreneur depth across F&B, consumer, and lifestyle ventures. He comes from a prominent construction and high-rise development family background.
